Clients can use these plans to cover eligible therapy services, subject to their specific insurance benefits and coverage. During the consultation process, the Honestly Olive team will verify benefits, explain any out-of-pocket costs such as copays or deductibles, and assist with claims submission. Clients are encouraged to check with their insurance provider to confirm coverage details before starting services.
Scheduling
Honestly Olive uses SimplePractice, a HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform, for secure scheduling and virtual appointments. Clients have access to a client portal, where they can complete and submit documents, upload insurance and billing information, view invoices, and set up appointment reminders. Clinicians can also share helpful resources directly through the portal. SimplePractice ensures a seamless and confidential experience, making it easy to manage appointments and stay connected with your therapist.
