I primarily utilize an interpersonal approach in therapy and value integrating mindfulness and Psychodynamic, Acceptance and Commitment and Cognitive Behavioral therapies to meet the needs of my clients. I have worked with traditional and non-traditional college students, first generation and international students, veterans, and members of the LGBTQIA+ community. In my free time, I enjoy cooking new recipes, watching British TV shows, practicing yoga, and spending time in nature.
