How to Pay
Honestly Olive partners with SimplePractice to complete billing and insurance claims for therapy services. SimplePractice is HIPAA compliant and utilizes Stripe, a HIPAA compliant payment processing software for billing. SimplePractice offers a client portal where you can schedule therapy appointments, message your clinician and pay for services. Prior to meeting for a free consultation, you will be asked to register with SimplePractice and create a client account. At the time of registration, you will be asked to provide payment information and identify a preferred payment method. After completing a service at Honestly Olive, SimplePractice will automatically bill your preferred payment method for the service. The amount billed is reviewed and agreed upon prior to the start of services. You can log onto the client portal via Honestly Olive’s website or SimplePractice. Honestly Olive accepts all major credit and debit cards, check and cash.
